Payment
At the moment we accept bank wire transfer and bank draft (written in Thai Baht amount). Bank wire transfer can be made in Thai Baht or US$ or Euro. Your bank may provide you on-line bank wire transfer service.

The charges for the bank wire and draft are to be paid by the clients. We need full payment to start the production of required products.

Production time
Approximate time of production may be mentioned under each product in the catalogue. In case we are not able to supply the products within a reasonable time period we will let you know and recommend to purchase other products before you send the payment.

Packing and shipping
Products are labeled and packed in a plastic bag before being put inside card paper box. Shipment is by insured airmail. If you want us to send the products by EMS please check the EMS cost.

Damage, loss and reject return policy
Our airmail and EMS costs include insurance. We will re-produce the products in case of loss or damage during the shipment. We will send you the reproduced item using the same delivery service.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered products you can return them (with your own cost) within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know by writing the defection of the product. We will send you the replacement free of charge (but only one time). If you want money return to you we will charge 20% of the total products price for the service.

Please note that quality of "hand made" products can not be compared with "machine made" items. We have our people (also hilltribe people, but with high level of understanding on the quality at international level) in Mae Hong Son to keep the quality as best as possible. The products will have reasonable strength, good looking as in the photos, and proper knitting of threads. Products that come from other places are also checked by local inspectors before sending to us. In Bangkok we do final check before packing and shipping.

If you want to cancel your purchase during the production period (after the payment), we will charge 30% to 100% of total product price, depending on how much production work is already finished.
