Chang Park Resort is located on Kai Bae beach, on the western shore of Koh Chang island in Trat province. Thai style bungalows under palm trees. Green grassland, private beach, garden with flowers and herbal plants along a fishing canal.

Opposite the resort are Koh Rom and Koh Suwan islands at sea. A good place for snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, boating, cycling and trekking (to nearby waterfalls and into the forested hills).

The resort has a restaurant, sea side bar, swimming pool, room service, laundry and spa.

Bungalow room There are 50 bungalows (air-conditioner, TV, private bathroom, hot-cold shower, matress in the bed room) in the garden close to the beach, and 45 superior hotel rooms with sea view (air-conditioner, TV, private bathroom, hot-cold shower). They also have family suite bungalows and houses in limited number. Please contact us for details.

Private group transfer service For up to 8 people we can provide round trip Bangkok - Chang Park Resort - Bangkok transport. Aircon van car picks you early morning at your place (one place) in Bangkok city area and transfer to Laem Ngob pier, ferry boat tickets, and van transfer on Koh Chang to the resort; and return trip back to Bangkok.

Bangkok to Trat is roughly 300 km, or 4.5 hours drive. Take the bus at Bangkok's Ekamai eastern bus terminal. Trat town and boat piers are connected by local pick up trucks. Check "air, train schedule" (go back to home page first) to see if there are flights to Trat.

From center point pier there are around 8 ferries to the island between 0600hrs until 1700hrs. From Koh Chang (piers at the northern end) there are the same number of ferries to center point pier.

Travel on the island is by public pick up trucks. Up to now (June 2003) there is no schedule. These pick up trucks will move when they are full.
